Purchasing from this Site
All customers warrant that they are over 16 or have the consent of their parents, guardians or employers to enter into a purchase agreement with Datastor Pty Ltd.

Prices & GST
All prices displayed on this Site are current at the time of display and are in Australian Dollars (AUD). These prices are subject to variation without notice.
As Datastor is a wholesale distributor, such prices are exclusive of GST where it is applicable.

Registration
You will be required to register to be able to place an order with us. After you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming what you have ordered, total price and other details. Please review this email and reply as soon as possible if there are any errors. You can also view the detail of your orders via the "My Account" section of the Site once you have logged in.
Should a problem exist with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. We may also contact you for security reasons to confirm the authenticity of your order.

Membership Cancellation
We reserve the right to not provide goods, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Conditions of Use herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Payment
The Payment Options section of the Site describes the various payment methods available when purchasing from this Site. This does not apply to customer with credit arrangements in good standing.

Orders Placed
All orders placed will be processed and dispatched, subject to product availability, based on the delivery service chosen. It is your responsibility to ensure that any order you place contains correct and complete information. You will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete information being provided to us.

Orders will only be dispatched when full payment has been received, credit arrangements are in good order and Datastor Pty Ltd is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Datastor Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.

Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible using any of the methods described on the Contact Us section of the Site. Once payment has been accepted for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled (e.g. orders already dispatched) will be subject to our conditions relating to Refunds. Accordingly, delivery charges may not be refundable.

Special Note regarding Software Purchases
Please verify your software requirements prior to ordering any software product.
All our software products provide for adequate evaluation, trial periods and POC (Proof of Concept) opportunities.
You are encouraged to ensure the product purchased meets the requirement and expectations of your customer.
Such is tacitly implied when we supply software product you have ordered.
Once you have placed an order for software and the respective vendor has proceeded to cut 'software keys', the sale is final.
For contractual and legal reasons, Datastor is not able to authorise any return, refund, amendment or exchange of the product(s) sold.
If necessary, the Vendor in question will have their own process and procedure to access any such request.
The onus is on the Customer (Licence holder) and their Reseller to make representation to the respective vendor.
No representation made to any Vendor for any reason is a valid basis for withholding or delaying payment to Datastor for product and services supplied to your purchase order.
